Dissatisfied customer

I'm really disappointed with the service. At first they were updating me with everything but for the past month no communication, they don't answer phone calls, they don't answer WhatsApp and emails as well. Their answer is always the same; the team will reach out to you in 48 to 72 hours but nothing happens even after those hours. Been waiting for court date for a month now.
