FANTASTIC SERVICE

I contacted Debbie on 20 April to move household goods from Germiston to Port Elizabeth. While I was on the phone she scheduled the collection and delivery. within 15 minutes of the call I received all the confirmation documents, invoices etc. via email - most efficient. Within 30 minutes of the call I was advised that the truck was at the premises to collect - WOW! The driver and helpers on the truck were friendly and efficient and within an hour all my boxes etc. were on the way. Debbie kept me updated at all times regarding the delivery date and time. On 22 April I was contacted by the driver to advise he was close to PE - which gave me sufficient time to make sure we were ready for the offload - Excellent communications! The offload was as painless as the loading and within 30 minutes we were done - Excellently efficient. This morning I contacted Debbie again to have the last of the boxes etc moved to PE and once again, within 30 minutes all was arranged, with collection tomorrow morning - SUPER EFFICIENT. On top of ALL that, their PRICES WERE FANTASTIC compared to other company quotes I had obtained. WELL DONE DEBBIE AND COMPANY - YOU DESERVE THIS COMPLIMENT IN SPADES.
