Bad customer service

There customer service is pathetic, ordered a remote from them for my yamaha receiver, 1st it arrived almost a month late, the remote don't even work on my unit only the power button switches it on but not off again and then to top it all off they don't reply to my messages at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
