Don't even attempt to sign-up for this ****!!

Paid my subscription and was informed that my plan has a waiting list and that I could either wait or request a refund. Requested a refund and after weeks I decided let me upgrade the plan and seee!!! I've never been so mad at myself for paying for something I received no benefit too. In an already struggling economy, you have time to take people's money. After endless emails they said that they will investigate why my refund has not been paid and I will be provided with a reference number that I can ask my bank. Still waiting on it?!! I hope your kids and grandkids never have to look for opportunities and be ****med with their hard earned money.
