The best service in Cape Town

I had such a pleasant experience when calling the Cavendish branch today! Possibly the best and friendliest service I have received in Cape Town for a while. When calling the branch I was answered by the happiest guy out there! I didn’t catch his name but he is the service technician for call outs. He was extremely helpful and gave great advice, I needed two specific remotes, however he only had one. Had I needed to worry? No! I just received a call from him stating that he had located one and it will be kept aside for me in store! What a gem of a person! Thank you for absolutely making my day, you are a star and an asset to your company!
