Technician that does not keep appointments

On the 3rd September I contacted this store for assistance to help repair my home alarm system. I spoke to their technician {Alan} and arranged an appointment the following Tuesday morning {8th Sept}. This was confirmed via sms, but Alan never arrived and did not respond to my sms either. After contacting the store, Alan eventually contacted me via sms and asked if he could come through on Thursday morning {10 Sept}. Once again he never arrived but again asked if he could move the appointment to either 5 o 6PM on the same day. Despite my reservations I agreed and left work early to met him but once again Alan never arrived and with no reason at all.<br> <br> On all 3 occasions I had to re-arrange meetings to try and accommodate their technician and also cancelled appointments with other service providers. The service from this store is simply not reliable and a complete waste of time.
