Plan Unavailable

I signed up for the basic plan but the dashboard still showed I needed to sign up. I contacted the support team and they notified me that the plan was currently unavailable due to high demand. Why was it available for purchase then? In any case I opted for a refund. The platform seems decent for remote gigs, but the plan hiccup was a downer.

Will try again later and update if I find any luck.
