Not helpful

I'm very disappointed by the lack of service after paying the subscription fee.I got an email acknowledging my payment but the account has remained inactive weeks later. I reached out to their support team and I was promised a refund because there seems to be a technical issue that will take a long time to be fixed. Three emails later and I am still receiving the same automated response just not my money.
