No access to platform after paying the fee

I took a chance and registered for the premium package of 400 once off! It says it takes 24 hours for them to setup your account. I bought the package on Friday and its Monday today, still don't have access. Then I got a email to say they trying to fix their error but they are not sure how long its going to take I can request a refund in the meantime.

Why not fix your platform instead so that hard working people don't have to become frustrated by the wait. I read the hello peter reviews and I saw most people had a delay in registering their account and that support services exist but are delayed.

Explain to me why not fix the customer support as well?? Quick to take your money but post sale service is ****!
