Have I been ****med?

First I paid the R99 subscription wanting to see how it works. I got a notification that my account will be active within 24hrs. 7days and 2 emails later no joy. I eventually got an email saying there was a problem with the R99 package it's demand is very high and it is unavailable. They promised to refund me and encouraged me to take the R199 package and I did. I got a receipt and confirmation of payment and when I go into my profile it says my account is in active I must pay to subscribe. I sent an email asking how can my account be inactive when I have paid. I waited a week for a response which said sorry there's something wrong with your profile we will refund you. I am very disappointed especially because of how desperate I am for a job. This has been a horrible experience there's no number to call and their response time is a week. I really wouldn't recommend them.
