Delayed Payouts. Not satisfied.

As the title says. My payouts has been delayed for the 5th month now. Why are they delayed for so long each time? According to your terms and condition it shouldn't take more than 3 days for payouts to settle. I can't wait 10 days for payouts to settle, I have bills to pay. Meanwhile you're quick to charge R199 each month from my bank to keep my service going. Please improve your service.
