Customer support is terrible.

I paid my subscription of R299. My account was not activated, I emailed and they said it's a techinical issue and I will receive a refund. Still haven't Received my refund! I also emailed asking when would I be able to join as I see other reviews of people that are still working but they never respond to you. Not worth it.
