no TAX invoice provided, ignore further contact

This is Huanan Gu, who took customers to have a dinner on the 2nd of February evening. <br> after paid the bill, I requested to issue TAX invoice, which is the same format as proforma invoice but with TAX number of restaurant on it. my company need TAX invoice for me to claim. the manager name is Dylan, cell number is *** is not helping, but pretended to help, and told me he would arrange from HQ of the TAX invoice. but after I called him and whatapp and emailed him, he igored me and no feedback. this is not professional attitude of a famous restaurant. Please correct this mistake.
