WORLD REMIT IS A ****

I am Zimbabwean living in South Africa. A week ago I tried to send money via world remit. I was required to make a card payment to world remit and my recipient was to receive the money thorough HELLO PAISA(another **** financial company) I made a payment without issues . After payment was successful I received an email saying I needed to upload my Passport for the money to go through. I did that then there was a problem with my passport, its expired and im still waiting for a new one. I then requested for a refund since my passport was expired and the wouldn't take my national zim ID. The real trouble started, each time I request for a refund on world remit app it sends an error code. This happened for days. I called hello paisa and was told to sort it with World remit.Iv called the number provided online ,no one answers. There is a machine auto responder which will tell you to go online for help or enter transaction number. When you enter transaction number it says wrong number. I did this back and forth to no avail .There is no Human or Office to help. What aggravates is documents are checked after u have made a full payment. They now withhold your money, making money with it on bitcoin or what ever white collar ********s do. There is no hope that ill ever get my money back because all communication from world remit stopped the day I paid them.
