Unwilling to take responsibility

On 13/05/2015 Remember us came to fix my dishwasher and refrigerator, and again on 16/05/2015. Simon was the person send out to do the repairs. In October 2015 my appliances are not working again, not the dishwasher and the refrigerator is leaking again. I phoned Remember us who informed me that they no longer fix appliances and that I have to phone Simon directly. Simon informed me that he would come, but said the next day that he will not come as he no longer operates in our area. On the invoice it clearly states that I have a six month guarantee. In total I spend R2700 to fix these appliances. I contacted another company that fixed it for me for a total cost of R1900. I then contacted Remember us again, and said that I have a six month guarantee and that they should either refund me, pay the new invoice of the other company or come and fix my appliances. Juliet said they will not and are not willing to do so as they only give a 3 month guarantee and honoured that, I then said that I have a written document that said a 6 month guarantee. She rep**** that if Simon gave me the wrong information, it is not their problem. This is terrible service, they don't even take responsibility
