We bought a property through Tracy Remax One Edenvale. She did not disclose latent defects to us. When we discovered the defects she became aggressive. She was kind and friendly until we signed the OTP and paid the money over. Remax SA customer care line has not bothered to reply to my online complaints,Remax telephone lines are not working, do not even ring and Remax on X did not reply to my complaint. Think twice before you deal with this brand and agent and record everything she says. The tenant she placed for us, feels the same.
