Worse Rental agent ever.... Johan van Greuning from RE/MAX Dazzle (Kempton Park).

Johan van Greuning from RE/MAX Dazzle (Kempton Park). He is a terrible agent! Firstly he has no idea of the property he rents out- he just tries to make a sale no matter what the cost is. I am renting a unit out at Midriver estate. When I met Johan he spoke so highly of the unit. I asked him about the playground and he showed me it- it was so wonderful perfect for my two babies and I asked him to Fumigate the unit and he said that there was no need, theres no pests. The playground is firstly off limits to the kids and the unit is infested with pests- ants and ****roaches- I approached him and he said I must fumigate its my problem.... WOW!

Secondly. We thought he had knowledge of how the prepaid metering system works... He didnt! When **** hit the fan with the prepaid metering system we were left to fend for ourselves and fix the issue. We Had to go to I-switch after out lights were cut legally, Johan was always to busy to assist us with any issues regarding I-switch and told us that its not his problem its ours. After back and forth arguments with him we were told that they cant assist us with the issue and if we dont sign an AOD our lights would be cut, they would blacklist us and take us up legally. I have paid my rent and loaded my Prepaid meter on time if not sooner than later. I rent out instead of owning so we wouldnt deal with such ****.

Johan is a typical business man who has no interest of the tenant or buyer at hand. What is more important to him is a sale. I would never recommend Johan to anyone his the Worse agent ever. His dishonest and deceiving!
