When you see Re/max on a property sign do not buy!

<p>All Re/max properties are not evaluated properly. I recently purchased a property from this company. The property that I purchased had ******* electricity connections, the electric fence does not comply with the required standards and there were a lot of latent and patent defects. When I advised them about this, they told me that I purchased the property voetstoots yet this clause does not apply according to the Consumer Protection Act since it was adopted in 31 March 2011. Their agent John White told me that the seller will fix the problems on the other hand their prefered and appointed attorneys Carel Basson Attorneys acted more for the seller than they buyer although I had to pay them for the transfer. Both of them were passing the bug and wanted to benefit more from the sale. They both delayed the registration of the property and advised the seller not to pay me for the defects. They also tread black buyers differently from white white buyers. They act swiftly when you are white and drag their feet when you are black. They even held my spare keys for almost a month to bring incomplete set of keys. Do not buy Re/max properties.</p>
