What a nightmare at Remax Boksburg Office!!!!

I bought a house through an agent Emmanuel Torres, who has turned my house buying into a nightmare. I viewed the house through his mother and sister (who were very nice and a pleasure to be around), they informed me that they work together, after I signed the OTP, I was now dealing with this rude individual. While waiting for me to pay the transfer fees, he constantly "nagged" that I should make the payment and was very rude in the process. At this point I decided not to communicate with him as a way of avoiding conflict. I paid the fees and the matter continued. On the 1st of April 2021, I informed him that I need him to facilitate me occupying the property before registration as the house was vacant, at this point he was now not picking up my calls or calling me back or even responding to my wattsup messages. His responses were late and there was no longer a sense of urgency as him assisting me at this was not beneficial to him. He then informs me that the lawyers are drawing up an addendum (ONLY TODAY!!!) for the occupational rent. He only sent my request to the seller on the 8th - he is very condensading and disrespectful - what a nightmare to work with. At this point, I am ready to cancel any dealings that involves this individual. Buying a property should be a very enjoyable process and not this nightmare it has turned into. Doesn't Remax send their agents on training for customer service
