Water leaks and plumbing issues

I experienced a lot of poor communication from the particular agent which I was dealing with. Important information about costs of registration and transfer were never shared with me as a first-time buyer. The property purchase was delayed. Water leakages and plumbing defects were never disclosed to me before the sale. I am now sitting with a lot of stress and unnecessary financial burdens. I had to find out about these problems only after taking accupation. Purchasing my first home turned out to be a bad experience.
