Useless house agents

There agents are very unprofessional . I agent JOHAN BOTHA was the agent how work on the selling of my property. He did about nothing in selling my property. He just list it and then sit back so the other agents can sell you property had he gets half, because he list it. He never gave me a copy of the mandate. I thought that it had expired 11 March 2021 and go other gents as well. He phone me to have a viewing on the house about two weeks before his mandate expired. ( According to me that you must do in the beginning of a mandate) Then he saw the other gents boards and took it of. He phone and thread them that he got the mandate and going to report them. I phone all of the agencies and tell them to came and fetch there boards. He brought people to come and view the house for that last week. He made a last minute attend to tray and sell the house by phoning me on Sunday for a viewing at 5pm. I agree but no-one arrived. When in went to his manager to complaint he phone me and said he will not give me my house plane or the CFC certificate.
