Unsatisfactory Services

I have dealt with 2 Remax Estate Agents and both were a sheer waste of my time. I viewed a property today with an agent who omitted to tell me she already had an offer on that property. I tried to purchase a townhouse from a Remax Agent who could not confirm whether a thatched lapa had been approved and was insured by the Body Corporate. I actually called the Remax Office concerned and the Office Manager was unable to speak to me, (expected). I then requested the Principal call me, that was a week ago, and guess what, still no response. !!!
