Unsatisfactory Service

One of their agents assisted me with purchasing a property in Charlesville in Cape Town. His interest was only to sell and get commission rather than my interests in getting a fair deal. I only discovered later that the roof is leaking and was not initially informed. I had to hire someone to fix it and pay R5000 rand. Like any business transaction between two people, I never even received congratulatory flowers or anything to that effect. I will never recommend them or the agent that assisted me😭
