Unresponsive comback

We bought a house from remax agents in alberton (michelle ave). We looked at the house and certain things wasnt disclosed to us .(1)The third bedroom(smallest one) has a sealing board that is tapped and painted so that its not easy to see.(2)The Wall in the lounge was covered with a corner lounge suite and could not see that it was not plastered nor painted.(3) The pool keeps pushing sand into the pool and there is a small hole in the fiberglass of the pool. We have been complaining and asking to be fixed and emailed them. They keep saying it was sold \voetstoods"and will not be fixed. """
