unprofessional/unreliable/disgrace

This guys took my most confidential/important documents promising me that they are processing those documents so that the house I wanted to buy can be in my name. 2months down the line after signing and the seller Mr Elliot has also signed to finalize the selling agreement this guys are no longer answering my calls.when i phone them using the number that they don't know they respond and Ngubeni will tell me that Ntuli will come back to me with the response and days later when I phone Ntuli he will be in the meeting promise to phone and never phones me back. Next day when I phone his phone will be having problems he would not hear what I am saying .What I need to know is to whom did they sell the house that I was signing for and why are they not giving me any feedback ,because I phoned the seller Mr Elliot at this number ***which was given to me by Mr.Ntuli at the beggining of the process to say I can talk to the seller at any time to confirm the legitimacy of the deal. The seller told me that he has signed the deal three weeks ago to Remax but Mr Ntuli is denying that telling me that the house is still awaiting evaluator's .please help !I need clarity regarding this issue.
