Unprofessional Service with a Bad Attitude

I enlisted Remax Hartbee****rt Branch to list my property for sale. A representative from Remax came and saw the house and took photos which he then passed on to the Broker Kobus van Rensburg. The script was then prepared based on the information received, and then listed by Kobus. I then received a mail from Kobus with a link for me to view the listing. A week passed and I contacted Kobus and he did not return my call. I left a WhatsApp message which I did not receive a reply to. I called him one more time and he then answered. I told him I wanted to get clarity on how the viewings would work with him and if he would be answering queries from prospective buyers baring in mind he had not even seen the property himself. I also pointed out that I was not at all happy with the script which in my view was of an unacceptable quality and substandard, with numerous spelling and grammar errors. The number of rooms etc. detailed on the listing was also inaccurate. Kobus defended the script telling me their office were Afrikaans speaking and that I should give him my own script if I was not happy with theirs! The commission on a sale they ask is 10% - they would do me a favour at 8% . So ... the client must put the work in on the script which is not a task they generally have any experience with, beside the fact that Estate Agents write up scripts for listings all the time as part of their service which they are qualified to do, and we pay commission for their full services? When I reminded Kobus of this he abruptly responded that he has over 500 properties on his book of which he sells several per week and that he would not tolerate my questioning and he would just remove my listing. His response and tone was rude and unprofessional and most unacceptable coming from such a reputable branded company. I approached the Company based on their reputation in the Real Estate industry and definitely would not recommend the Hartbee****rt Branch which the family appear to run altogether.
