Unprofessional experience with Remax

I rented an apartment in which Remax was the agent. The agent is very unprofessional. I am currently disputing the outgoing inspection report, they want us to repair items that were not working and items we did report in time. They cant account for the electricity rates that were billed. Where and how can I report this?
