Unprofessional and raciat representatives at Remax 2000

Good day

My wife contaced Remax 2000 regarding the property for rent in Helderkruin. She wanted to lay a formal complaint against Leon Du Plessis- ********** 526. **********

He was very unprofessional and *********.I told him I wanted to view the property at 6 pm as I am Muslim and fasting and he suggested that we meet at 4:30pm. I agreed. He never advised me that he had another appointment or anything like that. For a Monday afternoon traffic is hectic around the clearwater area. I advised Leon that I am running late due to traffic. I pulled in the street at 4:45pm and Leon just pulled off without waiting and left. This is very unprofessional, as my wife rushed from work and took off early. She almost made a terrible accident and shes pregnant as well. He couldve of been reasonable and advised that he had another appointment but he didnt. And it was literally 2 minutes as I pulled up and he pulled away. I have the whatsapp messages and times on it as proof.

I mean for a reputable company like Remax? I expected better. The manager at Remax said they dont do rentals and its Leons own company. I FAIL to understand that because the property is on remax website for rental. Thats where I found the details and number to contact.

I have recieved a response from Leon being very unprofessional and refusing for me too view the property. I have asked for another agent and I think its Remax duty to please there customers since the property is on there website.

Leon refused to let me view the property. The property is not his and he is not the owner.He was very rude and ******. I have told him I will report this to hello pete and try to contact the body corp of the place to let the owner know that Leon is playing boss over his property. As I was so disgusted in his response. I mean this is bad character and image for Remax.

I wanted to be reasonable and still view the property with another agent but Leon is very rude, ****** and *********. This bad imaging on remax part.I will not persue this any longer if Remax can correct this matter and give some customer satisfaction.
