Unprofessional and pathetic service

<p>The agents of Remax in the Northern Cape fail to do their work accurately and according to the law. I found myself in a situation where i have lost money because the agents and head office fail to do their work. The agents never did a ingoing inspection and now the tenant is held accountable for damages that was already broken when moving in. The agents pretends to know nothing of this and has "evidence" of the property with no damages, but fail to provide this "evidence" after questioned to provide this to the tenant as well as head office. I feel this matter has been handled very unprofessionally and a complaint will be filed against Remax to recover fees. Seeing the agent nor head office will see the flaws in their company. </p>
