Unprofessional and Inexperienced Managing agents

I will not recommend or even suggest working with the agents at Remax Jowic. We have had such a horrible experience with them as managing agents with our properties. They are unprofessional and inexperienced, they are not customer focused, they do know who to manage properties or have an idea of what they even need to do as managing agents. The first agent we had, had side agreements with the tenants, when this was discovered we requested for another agent to be assigned, the second agent had no idea how to manage a property, we even had to tell him how to the relay our messages back to the tenants as he was unable to articulate what we were requesting in a polite manner, our entire experience with him was a teaching excise when we thought we would get professional staff for our paid service. If there was a rating 0 I would have selected it.
