I was contacted very often regarding the updates on my bond and transfer. The day transfer went through, all items that should have been attended to by seller and agent was not done. I made numerous calls. Agent eventually made me make all calls to seller when that was her job to ensure it was all done. I received keys from seller 3 days after transfer, keys were missing. Agent should have ensured all keys were in place. Roof tiles should have been replaced and wasnt. No1 spoke about it till I took it up. I received it a month later n it was just droppd off. Not fitted. Other matters on contract were not attended to. Its been over a month and I havent received outstanding architecture plans of electrical compliance certificates. Agent has not followed up. After numerous complaints I have still not heard from here. Being a large company I expected more professional people
