However you do agree that still R1054.94 is not a just amount to have charged me randomly, jumping suddenly from R289.92 The funny thing about this is that I was in Durban for a week at a funeral between 7th November and returned on the 13th after the funeral. It should have been less than R200.00 usage so you would understand why I am not happy with the R1054.94 charge. On your next email back to me please tell me you are reversing my money. The body corporate / managing agent must resolve the meter reading issue but, Please escalate this and please have them refund my money before this Friday Angela. This is very *********. (Cyril) Subject: RE: Statement for 2016-12-01 - 2017-02-06 Good Day Cyril I have spoken to the managing agent and he says that we must see the new statement that comes at the end of this month to see if it is high. If it is high at the end of the month we have to fill in forms to have the meter checked and if the meter is fault they will have it replaced. The managing agent did say that they had new people come in to do the readings so that is why it could be high for the month before. It could have been that the previous meter reading people were not doing a good job that’s why they have changed to new company to do the readings. We will check when the new statement comes. Which you will have to send me your banking details to refund the money back to you. As discussed I only gave you an estimate on the electricity as I had not received the account from the Body Corporate to bill you the correct amount for the electricity as we were closing on the 15th of December. I am so upset that I will report all this treatment to Hellopeter if this is not resolved by end of this week. A colleague of mine Patricia had the same issues with you guys in October, What I am not understanding is that my electricity bill is R105.38 01/09/2016 R296.82 01/10/2016 R289.92 01/11/2016 then a sudden jump R1054.94 01/12/2016 R1200.00 01/01/2017 (which I don’t understand, there is no meter reading that’ll give you R1200.00 And all of a sudden, a significant drop on 01/04/2017 Statements to R165.81 (what changed) Please explain to me and also as I had asked before please may I have all the Electricity readings from 01 August to date. I am hardly in the house and I leave alone and you guys know this. You guys owe me more than R1034.19, from my own calculations, I am owed more than R1700.00 in refund, Please refund the funds into my Nedbank and not carry it over to the new month as this will confuse matters further and I need this money.
