Remax Fourways in Johannesburg deducted Electricity overcharges (R2226.35) from my deposit. They also deducted cleaning expenses (R1050) even though the agent expressed his satisfaction with the clean sate of apartment at handover. An amount of R583.40 was also withheld with no explanation. I sent a recon to Remax on 14 September 2020 and there is still no resolution. My query with electricity overcharge has been ongoing since date of occupation of the apartment in July 2018
