The owners of property tried to sell for almost 2 years, they had signed a mandate with me when it expired seek assistance of FNB, who placed property on MyRoof, a year passed without the property being sold, on 1st March 2015 owners accepted and signed offer I presented to them. on the 23rd March I pickedup from Myroof website that the property is marked sold, on enquiring with the owners they do not know of anything, they did not sign any sale agreemement besides the one I presented, they have not been informed of the sale by Standard bank or FNB their bankers. My buyers have been in the past three weeks awaiting approval of their bond by standard bank. On followup with the bond originator Ooba, Wendy Stidson Standard bank are having a problem locating the property I forwarded every documentation to assist such as copy of SAPTG, and satement of Levies, it has taken longer than normal for a response from Standard bank, which is disturbing while the bank is having the problem locating the property at the same time it appears sold on your site.
