UNFAITHFUL PROMiSE

I bought a house the seller promised to paint the house and clean it as she was no longer staying there only if I'm buying it in front of Khendani Khosa my agent. I told him that I'm taking it. I received my keys the walls were only painted on spotted areas the back door it doesn't lock and the front battler is not working. He told me that I did sign the check list. I'm now concern about the ABSA evaluaters how did the offer the seller money if they did proper evaluations. I think they work together. All I want from ReMax is a painted wall and fixed door only nothing much.
