Unfair Treatment On Credit Worth Validity

I was renting at the William 275, my agent was June Deutschmann. on my last 3 months before i terminated my lease i defaulted on my rental payment for about 1 & a half months, this was because my company delayed in making a payment regarding my salary.

She automatically told me that my renewal chances of my lease are next to null/terminated because of this situation, a few minutes later the owner of the premises mentioned that she had no right or durisdiction to make such a decision without consulting them.

When i was exactly 2 months in default for rent payment, i managed to pay for one month, which then meant that in a couple of hours i would still owe rentals for two months, this was because my employment company was going through some legal issues hence their assets had been frozen but however they won the case and we have been compensated to date.

I had explained this to both the agent named above hoping that the news will be passed to the owner. Clearly the wrong message was communicated to the owner who then became impatient and demanded that my lease not be renewed.

I sent her a message on whatsapp and told her my situation and that if i do not manage to get my salary for the coming months till i leave can they deduct from my deposit as i am not able to pay, that was the agreement and hence i then got an email confirming the dates for me to vacate the premises.

In the coming week i received a letter of demand from TPN, but responded to them that an arrangement had been made regarding this issue, after 3 sms's on my phone were sent i decided to pursue the issue regarding TPN and she mentioned to me that it had been resolved.

I moved out of the premises, and the deposit went to cover the 2 month rental i was owing, there was an issue regarding the drilling of paintings and mirrors done to the walls, i took full responsibility to do this, i mentioned to the agent that i will get three quotes as per arrangement and get people to repair the walls.

A few days passed by and one of the painters called me saying that June Deutschmann had given her the go ahead to paint, but when i had spoke to her she had said she was waiting for the quotes, however the price was high for me because the verbal agreement we had when i moved in and what she had done was not as per our arrangement.

I have been compensated by my company and i have been looking for accomodation, however my credit record at TPN has not been updated, i have been calling June Deutschmann for feedback but she is not picking my calls, texts or responding to my sms's. I have evidence and correspondence of all the transactions and updates and payments even to the painter, so i do not understand why my profile is still blacklisted when i paid my debt.
