Unfair treatment from RE/MAX

My partner and i signed an offer with Re/Max agent(juliet in kemptonpark) for R940 000.the offer was signed by the seller and submitted to the banks.the home loan was granted and transferring attorneys where give instruction to process with the case.we paid the transferring fees 5days back.Now we got a call from Re/max agent informing us that the seller is pulling out of the deal because they found a better offer of R1050 000.00.we where given two options.to pull out and get refunded our transferring costs or up the buying price.none of this options suits us.we have gone an extra mile in preparing to move in to this new home.already paid an architecture for a plan for house extensions.already given 2months notice where we staying because we where told the process takes about 6 to 8weeks from now.in all this we have realised RE/MAX is not playing their role in protecting their clients because we signed a binding documents with the seller and RE/MAX is not even defending us as their clients.it looks like they taking sides with the seller because they gona get more profit from the new buyer.on the OTP ther is no even a clause that specify that the property can still be marketed for higher offers or such.it clearly states that the contract is binding for both parties and is irrevocable.clearly RE/MAX is only concern about making more profit in this case.my other concern is how can their transferring attorneys even agree to refund us and take new buyer while we signed a binding documents.legally it can't be allowed but it is happening clearly because of favours.im very disappointed in how RE/MAX run their bussiness.
