Unfair practice and breach of contract

I was dealing with an agent by the name of Count Tshabalala, he told me that the am the only person who signed an OTP to purchase a property but now when the property its about to be registered apparently there is another offer which was accepted and also about to be transferred to the new owner. He is now telling me that the OTP signed was a back-up but I have his confirmation that I will be prioritized to buy the property. I find his way of doing business unfair, he is rude, unprofessional as he used to come late to appointments,
