Unacceptable

Please tenants! If you make use of RemaxOne as your rental agency, please make sure you are not left with any surprises when giving notice. My rent and utilities were paid up to date every month and if not, surely somebody would have phoned or e-mailed me to notify me but nobody did so obviously I thought all is good. Only when I gave notice they informed me that I still owe them utilities from 5 months ago????? How??? And now they are going to deduct it from my deposit. This could have been sorted out a looong time ago if they had done their work properly. This is unacceptable!!!
