Typical Estate agent looking after the Buyer and Not the Seller
The estate agent of Remax Above and Beyond was more concerned about the buyers than us who is paying her commission. She directed the transfers attorneys to draw up an addendum to the Purchase offer forcing us to vacate the house before registration without consulting us first. She did not assist us in any way even though she knew from the beginning our situation. We were fools to trust her to look after our interests first. Do not use them if you want to sell your house amicably.
