TiFormal Complaint Regarding Agent Stiaan Gelduhys – Property Viewing on 20 September 2025

My husband and I recently viewed a property with Stiaan Gelduhys, and unfortunately it was one of the most unpleasant real estate experiences we have ever had.

From the outset, Mr. Gelduhys’s manner was overly domineering. He followed us closely throughout the viewing, giving us very little personal space to explore the property. When my husband politely asked the tenant a simple question about whether he had experienced any water damage—a question the tenant was comfortable answering—Mr. Gelduhys abruptly clapped his hands and loudly instructed us not to speak to the tenant. He then told us to leave the property.

We have attended many property viewings with various agents and have never encountered such unprofessional behaviour. We found his aggressive tone and refusal to allow a courteous exchange with the tenant both surprising and upsetting.

This interaction left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and it has certainly discouraged us from engaging with this agent or agency in the future.
