Threatening with legal action

<p>I moved into a house in Fichardt Park July 2015 where the estate agent just took a couple of photos and did not even do an inspection list. During Sept 2015 the owner arrived and took the creepy crauly and said his was broken. I subsequently used mine. I gave notice 1.9.2016 and moved out by 2.10.16 where the estate agent did the final inspection. On 3.11.16 the owner did a inspection with her and a few problems were highlighted. They subsequently did a final list and subtracted r4000 . they paid the difference into my acc by 11.10.16</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 3.11.16 i recieved an email stating I owe the owner R15 000 for repairs to which I have no knowledge of. I was also threatend to be handed over to an attorney if not paid within 2 weeks. I also learned that the money that was deducted was in fact never paid over to the landlord. The landlord also claims he never took the creepy and wants a new one. I cannot see why I have to pay for something when I havent stayed there for a month and now suddenly these claims.</p>
