Threatening and victimising clients

We went to see a property with Rinus on 9th Sept the property was nice however there were some small issues my husband and I discussed afterwards. We completed the application and sent it to Rinus. That evening we viewed another property at 19h00 and found it much more suitable for our family we still had to apply aswell. The following day Rinus requested banking docs frm me which I sent through. He then said once everything was checked he will let us know we never signed a binding contract only application with him as with the other agent. As it is now our application for the 2nd property came through first. Rinus only did the credit check after 3pm called me and then firstly said he would like us to pay back the R950 for his admin and itc fee which he did. I said he should discuss money matters with my husband as i do not know what they had discussed he sounded very upset then. I said i will not be his soft target just because i am a female he must pls discuss this further with my husband and said good bye. He left a bad threatening message of blacklisting us on my phone. Now he's also saying lies at the company where I was temping to make it seem as if I am making them look bad
