They refuse to cancel my application

I bought the property off plan early last year via Remax they promised me that it will be ready by last year September, in September I checked and they told me that the occupation will be in December now they telling me that in April so two weeks back I went to check on that land there is nothing they have not even serviced the land, then I called another agent who is selling the very same townhouses they telling me that they are going to start building only in June..so now I'm cancelling the whole thing they refuse to cancel and they are threatening me and I'm loosing a lot of money where I'm staying because of their lies I cant even apply for another bond while I'm still with them. All I want is to cancel want nothing to do with them anymore they are messing up with my time and my plans.
