THEFT OF TAX FROM EMPLOYEES

I worked for Remax Moot (1141 Steve Biko Rd, Wonderboom, Pretoria, 0186) in the late month of November 2014, while the new office in Val de grace was to be opened in January. OWNER Hendrik Havenga.

The company deducted Tax from me on three properties I sold to the total Tax value of R22860.29, which was to be paid to SARS in the next Tax year as I left the company.

I have been waiting since January 2016 for my IRP5 to be issued and when never i call SARS they say they have no record of me paying tax for that year or the company paying my tax.

I am not the only one waiting to get there IRP5 so that they can submit for tax refund as its money I worked for that should come back to my wallet not the company. They *****ing not only from SARS but from me.

I have called over the past 2 years maybe 100 times asking for my IRP% and to when they paying my TAX over. they keep stalling with excuses and lies.

I have now gone to lengths to make sure that no other person experiences this again by reporting this ********** company to the ombudsman, SARS, and also CCMA. Its only a matter of how much money has been ****** from hardworking employees.

This company iies based on ********** behavior as i saw in the beginning of my time working there.

Company not to be trusted especially when dealing with the sale of there property and the transferring of funds.
