Terribly Rude Staff at Remax!

I have only had terrible experiences with Remax in Randburg JHB. The first agent I dealt with had an appointment set for Sunday at 1pm, but then never pitched. The seller told me she kept on cancelling her show houses. Then when I called her she did not answer, so the seller had to show me his own house. Then later in the day when I got a hold of her, she very rudely told me she was ******, yet she still had per cell phone. Now today, a completely different agent from Remax swore at me and screamed at me and called me a mini-me, insinuating that I am self obsessed and selfish. I complaint be I told her I felt disprected because he mostly does not reply to me emails. Yes, I am a difficult client but does this mean she may swear at me, insult me personally and shout at me. She even wrote in an email that she is not there at my beg and call. Remax seems to have a terrible employee culture and should we avoided.
