TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CEVANA!!!!

Horrible service recieved from Cevana Madeira from the Bryanston branch. I booked an appointment to do a viewing at 2pm today. Firstly the lady was late. I called her and she said she was stuck in traffic. Fair enough as we can't control traffic. When she did arrive no apology was given for making us wait. We then go up to the apartment she opens the door and that was it for her. She stood in the corner and scrolled through her phone while we figured out where's what in the apartment. Eventually my partner got furious and said we should leave seeing the agent is not interested in making a sale. We left and she just said "is this not what you guys are looking for? " and that was it. No thank you, no bye... Nothing. I always use Property 24 and Private Property to seach for properties. This week i gave Remax a try and unfortunately that was the 1st and last time.
