Terrible Management S****s and *******s

This has been the worst experience ever, however I must give it up to Nadia the Rental agent very sweet lady, however the rest are just ******* and would rip you off your deposit, yes i do understand that we left the house a mess and we agreed that they would get a cleaning company which would cost them +- 500 and we had an agreement, however, the report came back with a lot of things that were already rusted and waiting to be broken, the property was poorly maintained and it was our bad luck that the shower hook broke and to my surprise we were charged approx 7000k to clean the house and fix that hook, i have never seen such a company which has such poor management s****s, our bills were wrong at times and we even had to have a case to being charged amounts that never made sense, the very same company sent me an email which was defying my character when I had a conflict with one of the tenents (being Called a Dark Short Skinny Guy which I requested an apology) however we might be at wrong here for leaving the house a mess however it is so ridiculous that they have to use our deposit to maintain the house, we were told that we left tires however the tires were there when we came in the only thing I forgot outside was a bonnet which I was going to get is it is worth a price . all I can say about this company is they a ****** and make profit from people like us.
