Stop lying to us

We are renting via REMAX.The Landlord promised to remove his personal items stored in the outroom within a week and this did not happen.Garden services was due to remove the garbage and rubble on Jan 11 but this did not happen.There were several urgent plumbing and carpentry repairs that needed repair but this did not happen until the problem became absolutely necessary and Remax ened up taking care of these repairs.Landlord was not happy with us complaining so we were requested to vacate the property.We spoke to Fathima seedat and she agrees that we did not get what we paid for so therefore she agreed that we get all our money back.We are still waiting as the JAN rent was paid over to the landlord and we were told that once he agreed and paid it over we would receive our deposits and rnt.Today we get an email from Fathima saying that our deposit will be paid to us once we move out and an inspection is done.When we moved in there was no inspection done and we feel it is unfair after promising just yesterday that we would get our money back.Time is running out as we must vacate and find other accomadation before month end.We try speaking to Fathima but she misleads us.
