Stay away from Remax Border

I had constant issues with the rental side of Remax Border (Beacon Bay Branch) and I do not recommend them at all!! Every month I was paid late, I also had multiple issues with the tenants which the agent assured me were respectable decent people, when in actual fact all these people did was cause problems at my house, breaking toilets, showers, damaging walls, celiengs, etc and harassing the other tenants. The exit inspection was also not done correctly, all of the entry inspection photos were just re-used which resulted in me having to conduct my own exit inspection where I found multiple issues which I had to fight to get resolved due to the tenants wanting to go off the flase exit report submitted by the agent. I even had to bring in a lawyer for legal advise and assistance. Long story short, I personally will never deal with them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. They were of no assistance when there were issues. The agent also continuously kept lying to us and we kept catching her out in the lies. I can honestly say that evey step of the way with them was an absolute nightmare. Do not waste your time or money going through this horrible company. (I cannot speak on behalf of the other Remax Branches, but I recommend staying away from the beacon Bay Branch).
